|
Note: Co-founder of the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company in 1982. He attended the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he became interested in movement and dance, and met his professional and personal partner Arnie Zane. The company has used multimedia elements in their works, and has addressed racism and AIDS as subject matter. In 2011 the company merged with Dance Theater Workshop to form New York Live Arts, for which Jones served as executive artistic director. |
