|
Note: The history of the firm involving Edwin M. Sincere, Raphael Nathan Friedman and Alfred S. Alschuler, Jr., can be traced back to 1907 when Alfred S. After the death of Alfred S. Alschuler, Sr., in 1940, the firm continued to exist under different names, including: Alschuler & Friedman (1940-1946); Alschuler & Sincere (ca. 1945-ca. 1950); Friedman, Alschuler, Sincere and Ernest A. Grunsfeld with Ernest A. Grunsfeld, Jr. (1946-1955); Friedman, Alschuler and Sincere (1940-1980). The latter firm merged with Metz Train Youngren in 1980. |
