Kilburn Brothers (American and Canadian photography studio and publisher, 1865-1909)

Note: Kilburn Brothers was a partnership between Benjamin West Kilburn and his brother Edward. When Edward retired in 1877, Benjamin West ran the business until his death in 1909. Benjamin West Kilburn was the photographer for the partnership and he began by taking views of the White Mountains in New Hampshire and then all over the world. He made every negative for the company until 1876. In 1867, Kilburn Brothers published a small series of about 30 views of Montréal and Québec City, Québec, Canada.
