Note: Wife of Girolamo Businello. She made a bequest for an altar at SS. Giovanni e Paolo, Venice. The altar of the Virgin in the cappella della Maddalena, the apsidal chapel immediately to the right of the Cappella Maggiore in the church, was erected between 1482 and 1486 upon Benedetti's order with funds bequeathed by Zanetta Grimani. The altarpiece was probably executed in the shop of Pietro Lombardo. |
