Note: Artist, writer, performer, activist, and teacher from South Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He created correspondence art, and was devoted to the cause of gay rights. He performed, or 'appeared' with Robert Lambert and others as Les Petites Bonbons, a conceptual rock band that never played. As one of the Bon-Bons, he created mail art consisting of collage on photocopied texts and images.
