Note: Malanga was first a poet, then became Andy Warhol's assistant during the first Factory years, 1963 to 1970, also appearing in many of Warhol's early films. He was a performer in Warhol's Exploding Plastic Inevitable light show that featured the music of the Velvet Underground. He has published books of his own photography. |
