Darling & Pearson (Canadian architectural firm, established 1892, dissolved 1923)
|
Note: On the suggestion of Darling, Henry Sproatt and John A. Pearson were added to the firm Darling and Curry in 1893. However, Curry withdrew in 1895 and Sproatt in 1899, leaving Darling and Pearson as the principals. Darling's association with Pearson endured until Darling's death in 1923. Darling & Pearson were the architects of Canadian Banks (e.g. Bank of Nova Scotia in Winnipeg, Canadian Bank of Commerce in Toronto), head offices (e.g. Sun Life Building in Montréal) and luxurious residences in Toronto. Canadian architectural firm. |
