Note: Greek sculptor and teacher, working in Brazil. His sculptural production is at the boundaries between figuration and abstraction. He studied sculpture at the Académie de La Grande Chaumière and the Académie Du Feu. He held exhibitions at the Réalités Nouvelles, Paris, in the 1950s. He moved to Brazil in the 1960s, and became teacher of three-dimensional expression at the Faculdade de Artes Plásticas of the Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado - FAAP. Among several awards, he received the Prize of the 7th International Biennial of São Paulo in 1963.
