Ming dynasty (Chinese dynasty, 1368-1644)
|
Note: Chinese dynasty of native Chinese origin, ruled between the Mongol-run Yuan dynasty and the Manchu-led Qing dynasty. The Ming rule stabilized administrative bureaucracy and was culturally influential. Eventually the dynasty was brought down due to factional strife and ineffective leadership, leading to the Manchu-led Qing dynasty. |
