Note: Art collective based in San Fernando Valley, California, 1977-1981. They began as a mail art group constructing booklets of collage art, and eventually formed a musical group known as Monitor, with three records being released on the World Imitation label. Members were Michael Uhlenkott, Steve Thomsen, Laurie O'Connell, Anne Connor, Jeff Rankin, and as Monitor, Keith Mitchell. |
