Iida, Yoshikuni (Japanese sculptor, born 1923)
|
Note: Graduate of Keio University, 1949, and the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, 1953. Participated in the Shinju Society Exhibition of 1955. In the same year he founded the Seisakusha Kondankai with Tatsuo Ikeda, On Kawara, and Shigeo Ishii. Travelled to Europe in 1956 to study with Pericle Fazzini in Rome, and to Vienna 1958 to study printmaking. He returned to Japan in 1967. |
