Note: Studied at the School of Fine Arts in Seville and the Superior School of Painting in Madrid. Resident of Paris after 1879; began exhibiting in 1875, participating in the Paris Salon. Attributed to him are "Interior of a Harem," 1879; "Camille Desmoulins at the Palais-Royal," 1880; "Maroccan Snake Charmer," 1881. |
