|
Note: Czech architect, furniture designer and architectural theorist was a member of the avant-garde group Devětsil from 1926 until its end. He studied at the Prague School of Industrial Arts 1918-1923, and the Academy of Arts 1925-1926. He was one of the first to employ functionalism in Czech architecture, and collaborated with Karel Seifert on a design for a school in Bratislava. |
