Krone, Hermann (German photographer, printmaker, and teacher, 1827-1916)

Note: Krone opened a daguerreotype studio in Leipzig and then relocated to Dresden in 1852. He became a member of the Société Française de Photographie in 1855. In 1869, he founded the Union of Photographers at Dresden and served as president until 1873. In 1874, he travelled to Auckland, India, Ceylon and Egypt.
