Chester Aldrich, a native of Providence, Rhode Island, received his architectural degrees from Columbia University (1893) and the Ec$03ole des Beaux-Arts (1900) ... After receiving his diploma from the Ec$03ole des Beaux-Arts, he rejoined Carr$02ere & Hastings until 1903, when as they had agreed, he joined Delano to establish their own firm. Aldrich left the firm in 1935)
