Note: Malvito was a student and assistant of Franc and Francesco da Laurana. He was the father and teacher of Giovanni Tommaso Malvito de Sumalvito (act. 15th Century), sculptor. In 1497 Malvito was commissioned by Cardinal Oliviero Carafa to design the Cappella del Succorpo in the Cathedral of S. Gennaro, Naples. Italian sculptor, tomb designer, Naples.
