Du Bosc, Claude (French engraver, active first half of 18th century in London)

Note: Student of Bernard Picart. Engraved the Duke of Marlborough's battles with assistance of Baron and Beauvais. Completed them in 1717. In 1733, he published an English translation of Picart's 'Religious Ceremonies' with illustrations, part of which he engraved himself. Engraved some plates after great masters such as Nicholas Poussin and Watteau.
