Note: Dynasty that first appeared in southwestern India around 345 CE, with Banavasi as its capital. Appears to have been absorbed by Chalukyans by the 6th century and regained independence in the second half of the 10th century. Ruled over Karnataka and later expanded to the Konkan Coast and Goa.
