Note: Wilshire Center-Koreatown was the 76th neighborhood council to be certified in the City of Los Angeles 8 August 2003. The neighborhood is bounded by Arlington Avenue to the west, Melrose Avenue to the north, Hoover Street to the east, and Pico Boulevard to the South. Major thoroughfares that pass through it are Beverly, Wilshire, and Olympic Boulevards, Western, Normandie, and Vermont Avenues, 3rd, 6th, and 8th Streets. |
