Note: Fusihatchee was a Mvskoke (Muscogee, Creek) town on the banks of the Tallapoosa River. The town was well-known in the 18th century for its fruit orchards. Many of the Upper Creek towns were abandoned during the removal period in the 1830s, including Fusihatchee.
