Note: Officially known as Blackwater Locality 1 NHL and the most famous site of the Blackwater Draw sites. It was the first discovered North American site of the Clovis culture, which is the oldest known culture in North America. It is named for the Blackwater Draw valley in New Mexico and Texas, where additional artifacts have been found. |
