Note: Khorramābād is south of Hamadān city in central Lorestān province. Located in the midst of the Zagros Mountains, it is a summer market place for nomadic Lur peoples. The ruins of Dez-e Sīāh (Black Fortress) which was the gubernatorial seat of the province from 1155 to 1600 are located there. |
