Spanish ..... Un labret con un adorno colgante en forma de la hoja ancha de un tipo de planta acuática. Era llevado por los otomíes en el México central posclásico, mientras que los tlahtohqueh (gobernantes) nahuas llevaban, durante danzas ceremoniales, un adorno parecido dorado.
