| Dutch ..... Wordt gebruikt voor grafische figuren die in hoofdzaak uit een woord of woorden bestaan die zijn afgeleid van de naam van het product, de firma of de organisatie waar ze voor staan. Ze zijn ontworpen om het betreffende product of de betreffende firma of organisatie snel te kunnen herkennen. Soms fungeert een woordmerk tevens als handelsmerk.
