Note: Staff weapons having a three-pronged head with a central triangular double-edged blade, often with a strong medial ridge, with two shorter blades radiating from its base or curving up like the prongs of a trident. They were used from the 15th to the 17th century, mainly in France and Italy.

Additional Notes:
Chinese (traditional) ..... 三叉尖頭,中央為三角形雙刃尖刺的長柄武器。通常有堅硬的中脊,自其底部伸展出兩道短刃,或是像三齒魚叉般呈弧狀向上。見於十五世紀至十七世紀,主要在法國和義大利。 
Dutch ..... Stokwapens met een kop met drie vertakkingen en een driehoekig blad met twee scherpe zijden in het midden; vaak met een stevige kam in het midden en twee kortere klingen die straalsgewijs lopen vanaf de basis of omhoog krullen als de tanden van een drietand; vooral gebruikt in Frankrijk en Italië van de 15e tot de 17e eeuw. 
Spanish ..... Armas de asta que tienen una cabeza de tres puntas con una hoja central triangular de doble filo, a menudo con un relieve sólido en el medio, con dos hojas más cortas radiando desde la base o curvándose hacia arriba como los dientes de un tridente. Se usaron desde el siglo XV hasta el siglo XVII, principalmente en Francia e Italia.
