Dutch ..... Sierafwerkingen, zeer decoratief, die bestaan uit een regelmatige reeks motieven die boven op muren, dakranden en dergelijke, zijn geplaatst. De term kan ook worden gebruikt voor gelijksoortige decoraties op meubelen of glazen voorwerpen. 
German ..... Verzierte Endung, meist rhythmisch und sehr dekorativ, bestehend aus einer regelmäßigen Reihe von Motiven am oberen Ende von Mauern, Dachkanten und dergleichen; kann auch bei ähnlicher Dekoration auf Möbeln oder Glasobjekten verwendet werden. 
Spanish ..... Terminaciones ornamentales, generalmente rítimicas y altamente decorativas, consistente en una serie regular de motivos aplicados en la parte superior de las paredes, cumbrera de techos, y similares. También puede ser usado para decoración similar en muebles u objetos de vidrio.
