Dutch ..... Rivieren of aftakkingen die geen stromend water meer vervoeren, maar waarvan nog wel sporen zijn overgebleven in de vorm van meren, wetlands, of topografische of plantaardige patronen langs de voormalige rivierloop. Gebruik 'verdwenen waterlopen' voor waterlopen die helemaal niet meer bestaan.
