Voorbeelden zijn draagbare apparaten met een zoekkop die boven de grond heen en weer wordt bewogen om begraven metalen voorwerpen te lokaliseren, een beveiligingsapparaat in de vorm van een handgereedschap of een poortje voor het opsporen van verborgen wapens, en een apparaat om te controleren op de aanwezigheid van ongewenste stukjes metaal in voedsel. |
