Einzelnes Gebäude oder Ensemble von Bauwerken, an dem Frachtgüter umgeschlagen werden; in der Regel gehören dazu Lagermöglichkeiten und die Struktur ist angeschlossen an Bahn- und Gleissysteme, selbst wenn es sich dabei nur um ein Anschlussgleis handelt, das zur Hauptlinie führt. Mitunter jedoch fehlen Gleisanlagen völlig. Auch können unbemannte, mit Gleisen versehene Frachtschuten als Teil eines Hafens dazugehören. |
