Note: Refers to a system of perspective designed to counteract the effect of more distant objects appearing smaller at a distance. It employs the use of lines of sight to adjust proportions, typically in large-scale lettering and decorations, the effect being that all lettering or decoration appears to be the same scale from the vantage point of the viewer. The system was described in ancient times by Plato and others, and it was discussed by Dürer and other Renaissance artists.

| Chinese (traditional) ..... 一種透視法，通常用於大比例的刻字或裝飾，主要功能在於畫面上矯正距離越遠的物體看起來越小的視覺效應。此種透視法利用視線調整比例，從安排好的最佳視點觀看，所有的刻字或裝飾件看起來比例都相同。柏拉圖（Plato）等人即曾描述過此種透視法，之後到了文藝復興時期，畫家杜勒（Dürer）等人曾再度加以析論。 |
| Dutch ..... Verwijst naar een perspectiefsysteem dat is bedoeld om het effect dat objecten op grotere afstand kleiner lijken dan dichterbij gelegen objecten, te neutraliseren. Het maakt gebruik van zichtlijnen om de proporties, vaak van grootschalige letters en versieringen, aan te passen, met als gevolg dat alle letters of versieringen vanuit de kijker gezien op dezelfde schaal lijken afgebeeld. Het systeem werd in de oudheid al door Plato en anderen beschreven, en werd besproken door Dürer en andere kunstenaars uit de renaissance. |
| Spanish ..... Perspectiva diseñado para contrariar el efecto de los objetos más distantes que aparecen más pequeños. El efecto que es parece ser la misma escala de la posición ventajosa del espectador. El sistema fue descrito en épocas antiguas por Platón y fue discutido por A.Dürer en el renacimiento. |
