Note: A fine grade of green-glazed Yue ware produced in China’s Zhejiang province during the late Tang and Five Dynasties (ca. 755-960 CE). Mi se, or “secret color,” refers to a type of stoneware representing the apex of the Yue kilns’ production.

| Dutch ..... Fijn Yue-steengoed met een groen glazuur, dat tijdens de late Tang-dynastie en de periode van de Vijf Dynastieën (ca. 755-960 n.Chr.) in de provincie Zhejiang, in China, geproduceerd werd. De naam mi se betekent 'geheime kleur', en het steengoed dat deze naam draagt vormde het hoogtepunt van de productie van de Yue-ovens. |
