Note: Ceramic ware produced at Sultanabad (modern Arak, Iran), especially from 13th-14th centuries. Types were minai (a method that preserved colors through firing), lusterware, faience in green and dark blue tones, often with molded ornamentation, and tiles richly decorated in luster.

| Dutch ..... Aardewerk dat werd geproduceerd in Sultanabad (het tegenwoordige Arak in Iran), vooral in de 13e en 14e eeuw. De traditie kende verschillende soorten aardewerk: minai (een methode waarin kleuren tijdens het bakken onveranderd blijven), lusteraardewerk, groene of donkerblauwe faience, vaak met gevormde ornamentatie, en rijkversierde tegels. |
