Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... Verwijst naar sterke, zwaar uitziende kloskant die vanaf de 17de eeuw in Antwerpen werd gemaakt. Een vaas met twee oren is het meest voorkomende motief op Antwerpse kant. De term kan ook in bredere zin worden gebruikt ter verwijzing naar andere in Antwerpen geproduceerde kantsoorten. 
German ..... Bezieht sich auf die feste, grob aussehende Klöppel-Spitze, die im 17. Jahrhundert in Antwerpen hergestellt wurde. Die zweigriffige Vase ist das dominierende Motiv in der Antwerpener Spitze. Der Begriff kann auch im weiteren Sinn auf andere Spitzenvarianten, die in Antwerpen hergestellt sind, verwendet werden.
