| Dutch ..... Kloskant vernoemd naar de stad op de Frans-Belgische grens. Valenciennes is een kantsoort met doorlopende draad, die zowel de ondergrond als het motief vormt. Kenmerkend zijn de zeer dicht gewerkte (dus ondoorzichtige) motieven op een open grond van grote ruitvormige of ronde mazen. |
