| Chinese (traditional) ..... 西元十七世紀早期的英式摺疊椅，椅腳前後交叉，扶手分別與椅背和椅座框前側橫木相連。此椅與格拉斯頓伯里男修道院最後一任院長有關，可能根據他在威爾斯大教堂(Wells Cathedral)使用過的一張椅子所設計打造，而此一詞彙則衍生自收藏家的稱法。 |
| Dutch ..... Benaming die door verzamelaars wordt gebruikt voor Engelse vouwstoelen uit het begin van de 17e eeuw, waarvan de poten elkaar van voor naar achter kruisen en de armleuningen aan de rugleuning en en de voorste regel van de zitting vastzitten. Ze zijn waarschijnlijk gebaseerd op een stoel die werd gebruikt door de laatste abt van Glastonbury in de kathedraal van Wells. |
| German ..... Englischer Klappstuhl des frühen 17. Jahrhunderts mit von vorn nach hinten gekreuzten Beinen sowie Armlehnen, die mit der Rückenlehne und der vorderen Sitzkante verbunden sind; das Design basiert vermutlich auf einem Stuhl, den der letzte Abt von Glastonbury in der Kathedrale von Wells benutzte. Der Begriff stammt aus der Sammlersprache. |

Úsese para sillas plegables de principios del siglo XVII que tienen patas cruzadas de atrás para adelante y que tienen brazos conectados al respaldo y a la baranda del asiento delantero; diseñadas supuestamente basadas en una silla usada por el último Abbot de Glastonbury en la catedral de Wells y el término deriva del uso de los coleccionistas. |
