Note: Special glasses introduced in the 18th century for drinking syllabub, which was made with milk curdled by the admixture of wine, cider, or other acid, and often sweetened and flavored. Early examples of these glasses have two handles and a spout; later examples have one or no handles and no spout.

Dutch ..... Speciale glazen die in de 18e eeuw werden geïntroduceerd voor het drinken van sillabub. Vroege exemplaren hebben twee handvatten en een tuit. Laat 18e-eeuwse exemplaren hebben een of geen handvat en geen tuit. 
German ..... Ein Spezialglas, das im 18. Jahrhundert zum trinken für Sillabub eingeführt wurde. Frühe Exemplare haben zwei Henkel und einen Ausguß; Exemplare aus dem späten 18. jahrhundert haben einen oder keinen Henkel und keinen Ausguß. 
Spanish ..... Copas especiales introducidas en el siglo XVIII para beber syllabub. Los modelos anteriores tienen dos asas y un pico; aquellos de las postrimerías del siglo XVIII tienen una o ningun asa y no tienen pico.
