Note: Carved wooden figures of a woman holding a bowl, used by the Luba people of Central Africa in ceremonies pertaining to divination or to the transfer of power. Distinct from "mboko (containers)" which are sacred gourds used by Luba diviners to hold natural or manmade objects that are used in divination ceremonies.

Dutch ..... Uit hout gesneden figuren van een vrouw met een kom, die door het Lubavolk worden gebruikt in ceremonies rond waarzeggerij of machtsoverdracht. Te onderscheiden van ‘mboko (houders)’, heilige kalebassen waarin Luba-waarzeggers natuurlijke of door de mens gemaakte voorwerpen bewaren voor hun ceremonies. 
German ..... Geschnitzte Holzfigur einer Frau, die eine Schale hält, von den Luba in Zentralafrika im Zusammenhang mit Weissagungszeremonien oder bei der Machtübertragung verwendet. Distinto de "mboko (contenedores)" que son calabazas usadas por las divinidades Luba para mantener objetos realizados por el hombre o naturales que son usados en ceremonias.
