Spanish ..... Armadura de la pierna realizada en malla; se llevó desde el siglo XI hasta el siglo XIV. Podía consistir tanto en una cinta de malla sobre la parte delantera de la pierna que se ataba a la parte trasera y debajo de la suela, como en un media enteriza de malla atada alrededor de la pierna y asegurada debajo de la rodilla.
