pad machines (textile machines, <textile fabricating tools and equipment>, ... Furnishings and Equipment (hierarchy name)) |
|
Note: Mechanized devices, typically comprising vibration-withstanding frames, tension controls, single or double padded (nip) rollers, fabric guiders, and a dye trough, designed to facilitate the continuous textile dyeing process by infusing fabrics with chemcial dying solutions. Fabrics are passed into a chemical dyeing solution under the device's submerged roller and subsequently squeezed to remove excees solution. These devices are specifically designed to allow for even coloration of fabrics, maximum dyestuff yield, minumum rest liquor, and shade reproducibility. |
