Note: Light half armor worn by heavy infantry from the early 16th to the mid-17th century in Europe, at first comprised of a gorget, spaudlers, breastplate, backplate, tassets, vambraces, gauntlets, and an open helmet, but no legharness. In the 17th century, arm defenses were usually omitted.

Arabic ..... نصف درع خفيف يرتديه المشاة الثقيل من أوائل القرن السادس عشر إلى منتصف القرن السابع عشر في أوروبا، ويتألف في البداية من gorget، وspudlers، ودرع الصدر، واللوح الخلفي، والأشرطة، ودرع الدرع، والقفازات، وخوذة مفتوحة، ولكن لا يوجد درع. في القرن السابع عشر، كانت دفاعات الذراع تهمل عادة. 
Dutch ..... Harnassen, ook met pantserhandschoenen, open helm, tijdens de strijd gedragen door zware infanterie; Europa ca 1525-ca 1650. 
German ..... Leichte Halbrüstung, wie sie für die schwere Infanterie zwischen dem frühen 16. und dem hohen 17. Jahrhundert in Europa verwendet wurde. Sie bestand zunächst aus Ringkragen, Armröhren, Brust- und Rückenpanzer, Armschienen, Panzerhandschuh und einem offenen Helm, jedoch ohne Beinpanzerung. Im 17. Jahrhundert wurde zudem auf den Schutz der Arme verzichtet. 
Spanish ..... Medias armaduras ligeras llevadas por la infantería pesada desde el siglo XVI temprano hasta mediados del siglo XVII en Europa, al comienzo compuesto por un protector de cuello, espaldarónes, peto, espaldarones (armadura de cuerpo), TASSELS, protector de antebrazo, guantelete y casco, pero sin arneses para las piernas. En el siglo XVII, las defensas de los brazos fueron usualmente omitidas.
