Additional Notes:
Dutch ..... Vrij kort, breed binnenschip, zwaar en vol gebouwd, Een opvallend kenmerk was de gebogen, sterk naar binnen vallende, voorsteven. Het werd op de grote (Zuid-)Nederlandse rivieren gebruikt voor vracht en soms ook voor passagiersvaart: dan werd er een paviljoen ingericht op het achterschip. Het kwam vooral voor in de provincies Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, Brabant en in BelgiĆ« in het stroomgebied van Schelde en Rupel
