Note: Devices used to help shape uniformly-sized ravioli, a type of filled pasta. Ravioli presses consist of a tray with evenly-spaced divots separated by raised cutting edges. A sheet of pasta dough is laid across the tray and the divots filled with ingredients before being topped with another sheet of dough, which is then pressed with a rolling pin, cutting and shaping the ravioli.
