Note: A photogrammetric range imaging technique that utilizes a series of two-dimensional images to estimate the three-dimensional structure of a scene or object. SfM can produce point cloud based 3-D models similar to LiDAR. High resolution digital surface models can be generated with ordinary consumer-grade digital cameras.
