Note: Pottery, primarily household wares, characterized by a brown glaze, originally made by the Rockingham Ceramic Factory in Yorkshire, England. Similar wares called "Rockingham ware" were later made in the United States in Chelsea, Massachusetts, Baltimore, Maryland, and elsewhere.

| Dutch ..... Pottenbakkersgoed met een kenmerkend bruin glazuur, hoofdzakelijk huishoudelijke goederen, dat oorspronkelijk geproduceerd werd in de Rockingham-keramiekfabriek in Yorkshire, in Engeland. Soortgelijke waren, ook Rockingham-aardewerk genoemd, werden later gemaakt in de Verenigde Staten: in Chelsea (Massachusetts), Baltimore (Maryland) en elders. |
