| Spanish ..... Se emplea para las mascaradas llevadas a cabo por la sociedad secreta llamada Gelede of the Yoruba people of West Africa. Incorporan actuaciones de cantos en honor de la mujer mayor de la comunidad, y comentarios satíricos sobre figuras, acontecimientos y comportamiento moral de dicha comunidad. Se desarrollan durante toda la madrugada, en la noche de apertura del festival anual de la sociedad. |
