Verwijst bij het maken van keramieken objecten in het bijzonder naar de ambachtslieden die modellen van klei of was maken, of die vormen maken op basis van tekeningen die door een ontwerper zijn gemaakt en worden gebruikt bij het vormgeven van keramieken objecten. Te onderscheiden van 'modelmakers' die modellen bouwen, meestal van hard, niet plooibaar materiaal zoals hout of steen. |

En la fabricación de objetos de cerámica, se refiere específicamente a los artesanos que hacen modelos de la arcilla o de la cera o moldes de los dibujos hechos por un diseñador usando pedazos de cerámica.
