Note: A movement among French painters of the 1920s and 1930s that manifested in reaction to then current, modern movements such as Surrealism and Cubism. Essentially an attempt to bridge modernism with academicism with an emphasis on normally perceived reality, the movement was unofficially led by Dunoyer de Segonzac. Other artists associated with the movement were Robert Lotiron, Raymond-Jean Legueult, Charles Dufresne and Luc-Albert Moreau. Néo-Réalisme is not connected with the later movement known as Nouveau Réalisme.

Chinese (traditional) ..... 指1920和1930年代由法國畫家發起的運動,顯示對超現實主義和立體主義等當時流行的現代運動之反抗。此運動在根本上企圖消除現代主義和學院派間的分歧,強調在正常情況下感知的現實。新現實主義運動的非正式領導人為杜諾耶.德.塞貢札克,其他與此運動有關的藝術家包括勞勃.羅特倫、雷蒙.尚.列巨勒、查爾斯.迪弗雷納、路克.亞伯特.莫羅。新現實主義與後來所謂的新實現主義間沒有關聯。 
Dutch ..... Beweging onder de Franse schilders van de jaren 20 en 30 van de 20ste eeuw, als reactie op de destijds moderne stromingen als het surrealisme en kubisme. Feitelijk was het bedoeld als poging om een brug te slaan tussen het modernisme en het academisme, met de nadruk op de normaal waargenomen realiteit. De officieuze leider van de beweging was Dunoyer de Segonzac, en andere kunstenaars die met de beweging in verband worden gebracht waren Robert Lotiron, Raymond-Jean Legueult, Charles Dufresne en Luc-Albert Moreau. Er is geen relatie tussen het Néo-Réalisme en de latere stroming die bekend zou worden als Nouvelle Réalisme. 
Spanish ..... Un movimiento de pintores franceses de las décadas de 1920 y 1930 que se manifestaron en reacción a los entonces movimientos modernos como el Surrealismo y el Cubismo. Esencialmente un intento de tender un puente entre el modernismo y academicismo con un énfasis en la percepción normal de la realidad. El movimiento fue liderado no oficialmente por Dunoyer de Segonzac. Otros artistas asociados con el movimiento, fueron Robert Lotiron, Raymond-Jean Legueult, Charles Dufresne y Luc-Albert Moreau. El Neorrealismo no está contectado con el movimiento posterior conocido como Nouvelle Réalisme.
