Dutch ..... Medicinaal brouwsel van wisselende ingrediƫnten en met wisselende bereidingen, waarvan men vroeger dacht dat het een universeel tegengif en een middel tegen vele kwalen was. Volgens de legende werd het voor het eerst gemaakt door Mithradates VI Eupator van Pontus in de 1ste eeuw v. Chr. Het was een van de meest gewilde geneesmiddelen in de middeleeuwen en de renaissance.
