Note: Chinese bronze ritual vessels of jar shape with a wide lip, supported by a tall ring, and used to hold wine. In the latter half of the Shang period, this shape was replaced with a taller profile based on the "gu." The term "zun" is also sometimes used to describe an animal-shaped vessel.

Additional Notes:
Chinese (traditional) ..... 罐形廣口、有肩、圈足的中國青銅禮器,酒器。商代晚期由形似觚、但較寬廣的形式取代。 「尊」這個名詞有時也用指動物形狀的貯藏器。 
Dutch ..... Chinees type ritueel vaatwerk van brons in de vorm van potten met een brede lip die wordt gesteund door een hoge ring. Het werd gebruikt voor wijn. In de laatste helft van de Shangperiode werd deze vorm vervangen door een hoger profiel op basis van de ‘gu’. De term ‘zun’ verwijst soms ook naar een vat in de vorm van een dier.
