Note: Mechanized devices designed to measure a dyed fabric sample's sublimation color fastness, or degree of discoloration, fading, or stain when exposed to heat sources. To measure sublimation fastness, these devices comprise two electric heated plates between which a dyed fabric sample is placed for a fixed period of time. When the sample is removed from the device, it is compared with a gray scale to appraise the grade of color dyeing sublimation-endurance.
